Curry lodeh with tempeh 🌶️🌶️ – Tempeh lodeh – 50 lei
Tempeh (soy) cooked with green beans and mushrooms in a sumatrez curry (gulai) with: coconut milk, galangal, ginger, candlenut, turmeric, tamarind, lemongrass, shallot, garlic. cayenne pepper and Thai chili, salt. 450gr: 130gr tempeh (soy), 50gr green beans, 50gr mushrooms.
Does not include rice.

Tempeh yellow soup 🌶️🌶️ – Tempeh kuah kuning – 55 lei
Tempeh (soy) cooked with turmeric, ginger, aromatic ginger, galangal, turmeric, lemongrass, basil, tomato, garlic, cayenne pepper, Thai chili pepper, lime, salt. 450gr: 130gr tempeh (soy).
Does not include rice.

Tempeh sauteed – Tempeh manis – 45 lei
Tempeh (soy) sautéed with green beans, shallots, garlic, candlenuts, sweet soy sauce, white pepper, salt. 400 gr: 130 gr tempeh (soy). Originally, this dish is made with hot peppers. If you want it spicy, ask for it.
