Opor of vegetables and tofu 🌶️🌶️ – Opor sayur – 37 lei

Tofu, bamboo shoots, mushrooms, coconut milk, candelnuts, aromatic ginger, turmeric, garlic, hot peppers. Opor, like a thick soup, is served with lontong (pressure-cooked rice). 600gr.

Stir-fired noodles with vegetables – Mie goreng sayur – 37 lei

Wheat flower noodles stir-fry with: egg, mangetout peas, cauliflower, cabbage, fresh mung bean-sprouts, green onions, carrots, wood ear mushrooms. Served with, optional, sambal pedas (hot chili and garlic paste). 450gr.

Beef round, coconut milk, candle-nuts, aromatic ginger, turmeric, garlic, chilli peppers, a bit of shrimp paste (terasi). Urap: green beans, cabbage, mung-beans sprouts, coconut, aromatic ginger sauce, cayenne peppers, hot peppers, garlic. Served with Jasmine rice and mango salad. Beef black soup with rice 🌶️🌶️– Nasi rawon – 40 lei

Slow cooked beef round (170gr) with: keluwak (pangium nuts, which give the black color), galangal, kencur (aromatic ginger), lemon grass, shallot, garlic, tamarind, turmeric, Indonesian bay leaves (daun salam), lime leaves, sweet soy sauce, coriander seeds, cumin, cinnamon, cayenne pepper.
