Tempeh (soybeans fermented using natural cultures) and lime leaves tempura. Served with sauce of palm sugar, lime, hot peppers and garlic. 4 pcs/portion.

Lumpia sayur – vegetarian spring rolls – 15 lei

Wheat flour sheet with: carrots, wood ear mushrooms, fresh mung bean sprouts, cabbage, green onions. Served with sauce: palm sugar, lime, hot peppers and garlic. 3 pcs/portion.

Vegetarian main dishes

Kolobak sayur – vegetables in sweet and sour sauce – 35 lei

Broccoli tempura and tomato sauce with: pineapple, bell pepper, cauliflower and carrot. Served with Jasmine rice, mango salad and, optional, sambal pedas (hot chilli and garlic paste). 450gr.

Main dishes with meat

Rawon – beef black soup with noodles 40 lei

Slow cooked beef round with: fresh mung bean sprouts, galangal, kencur (flavored ginger), keluwak (untranslatable) lemongrass, plantain, garlic, tamarind, turmeric, Indonesian bay leaves (daun salam), lime, sweet soy sauce, coriander seeds, cumin, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, what flour and egg noodles. 500 gr.

Sate ayam – chicken skewers with peanuts sauce – 35 lei

4 skewers of chicken thigh with Madura sauce: peanuts, candle-nuts, peanuts, aromatic ginger, garlic, lime, soy sauce, palm sugar, shallot. Served with lontong (pressure cooked rice), mango salad, and, optional: sambal pedas (hot chilli and garlic paste). 400gr.
